The Transports

In a revival of the opera written by Peter Bellamy, The Young’uns, and other folk stars, told the story of The Transports. A tale of convict transports with enormous relevance in the face of the refugee crisis.

A Night for Lonnie Donegan

The “King of Skiffle” was honoured in Union Chapel with performances by Billy Bragg, Nora Guthrie and many more. All proceeds went to Lonnie’s Grandson’s therapy for Autism Spectrum Disorder.
