Theme for September: Transition
Let Go and Let God
As we continue to engage with the theme of Transition this month, this week we are going to explore what it means to “Let Go”. As people we often find the process of “letting go” to be a challenging one.
We all have burdens in our lives that we find difficult to let go off. This can be feelings of doubt or worry, past experiences or even holding a grudge against someone.
Being able to release burdens creates space for fresh beginnings, making room for new perspectives, new opportunities and setting the tone to living a healthy and happy life!
Come and join us as we make “buttons of burdens” that we then cast aside, making way for positive vibes only!
Delicious home made food from the Margins Café. The Margins Project based at Union Chapel works with people facing homelessness and crisis.
Whether you choose to pop in for a few minutes or the whole session all are welcome at Culture Café !
