Health and wellbeing has been one of the many topics dominating the headlines and our day to day conversations, so the question to ask is: “Why is mental health and wellbeing so important?”
Well, the feeling of good mental health is very important to a person’s overall wellbeing. In short good well being = happiness and life satisfaction.
So, come and join us in the month of October as we explore different mediums and conversational topics to aid us in promoting excellent health and wellbeing!
Week 1: Back to Nature
Studies show that gardening reduces stress as it allow us to reconnect and interact with nature. Come and join us in today’s session where we will be planting bulbs.
