Joke for Scope 2018 ft. Russell Howard

Join us for a hilarious night of stand up in aid of Scope!

We believe that the power of comedy can help break down barriers that disabled people face by challenging negative attitudes and misconceptions, while showcasing disability in a positive way. Join us for an evening of comedy in Islington, and we’ll help change attitudes and end injustice together.

We’re also running a competition giving you the chance to perform a 5-minute set at our London gig – find out more here!

Disability Information

If you have specific access requirements, Union Chapel will do our utmost to make as easy as possible for you to navigate.  We will happily reserve appropriate seating for disabled patrons with specific access requirements.  Furthermore if you are unable to attend a concert alone and need a companion to come with you then that companion comes for free.

Companions do not need a ticket but you do need to inform us in advance if you are attending with, or as a companion.  We do not have separate tickets for disabled customers – just buy a standard ticket via any of the agencies but remember you do not need a ticket for a companion.  Please then contact us to inform us of any specific requirements you have and the size of your party. We will reserve a suitable space for you in the auditorium and make the appropriate notes for the people at the door.

Please note that our lift is currently out of order meaning the bar is only accessible by stairs. We are working hard to get it fixed but we expect it to be unavailable until October 2018.

We can make alternative arrangements for customers whose disability means they cannot access the bar without a lift.

Our stewards will be on hand on the night to help with this but if you have any questions do get in touch events@unionchapel.org.uk | 020 7226 1686 (Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm)

There is more information about access at Union Chapel here.
