A moment of respite in a busy week Culture Café is a space for conversation and creativity in beautiful surroundings. Delicious lunches from £5, homemade cakes and free tea and coffee!
On the menu this week: Check back nearer the time
The Margins Project provides the food at Culture Café
Each week artist Joanna McCormick leads drop in sessions where you can explore different themes through art. With lively discussions, a variety of mediums and materials sessions are inclusive and suitable for all ages.
Art: we will be making psychedelic paper flowers using tissue and crepe paper. You can take the flowers home with you, or leave them with us for use as decorations at the summer fete.
There’s also regular music from 1pm – 2pm. Explore seminal albums played through Union Chapel’s exceptional speaker system and enjoy live sessions with Union Chapel’s organ.
Album of the Week: Frank Turner – England Keep My Bones
Sit in peace or join the conversation, pop in on your lunch break or just for 5 minutes it’s totally up to you.
Come say hello!
