We live in a unique moment of time, where the future of humanity and the planet is uncertain. We experience varied responses to our current global crisis including fear, despair, frustration. How do we empower ourselves to meet the challenge of these times, embracing the opportunity we have of being alive at this time.
This autumn series provides space to explore ways we can respond in these powerful times, rooted in a spiritual depth. People of all spiritual traditions and none are welcome.
In this session we will be bringing to awareness our inner responses to human suffering and the destruction of the planet. By acknowledging these healthy and inevitable feelings we’re less isolated and more able to respond.
“If the world is to be healed through human efforts, I am convinced it will be by ordinary people, whose love for this life is even greater than their fear.”
Each event will run from 6-9pm and will include meditation, discussion, live music and soup!
Concessions: People over the age of 65, people in receipt of Job Seekers allowance, people in receipt of PIP/DLA, people on low wages, students, under 16s.
