Union Chapel Directions Limited (UCD) is the trading subsidiary manages space hire for events and rehearsals and operates a bar. All profits are passed to UCP by Gift Aid.
It was incorporated on 19 April 1995 and is registered in England and Wales under the Companies Acts with No. 03047257.

Gordon Montgomery – Chair
Gordon is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel & Development and has had a 30+ year career in executive search and talent management. Currently he has a portfolio career which includes acting as a Partner for an M&A boutique and managing a business which focuses specifically on Non-Executive Director recruitment.
Gordon is also a director of Union Chapel Project.
Angela is a Chartered Accountant and was previously a Vice President at Morgan Stanley. Prior to that Angela spent eight years as an auditor working for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK, Australia and the United States.
Angela is also the treasurer for Union Chapel Prject and a trustee of The Margins Project.
Ray Jones is often described by colleagues and friends as Mr London.
An avid lover and consumer of Live Music, he is CEO of TalentBanq – a business that champions, develops and promotes the best of the unsigned sector. His career spans media (Time Out), Tourism (Visit London), Theatre and Ticketing (Superbreak).
Kevin is a lawyer and is head of the Private Equity team at London-based law firm, Mishcon de Reya. He provides strategic counsel and tactical input on a wide range of commercial and legal matters to UK and foreign businesses and individuals. Originally from Scotland, Kevin has lived in and around the Islington area for over 20 years.
Charles has had 40 years experience working in the music industry.
From early transatlantic commercial success as part of the multi-platinum selling band, The Fixx, to owner operator of Terminal Studios, the UKs best known professional music rehearsal and equipment hire businesses.
