Forestbrook's folkestral ensemble creates diverse textures with an unusual blend of finger-picking folk guitars, classical strings, jazz trumpet, Brazilian percussion and to top everything off, the choral backdrop of the Forestbrook Gaelic Choir, Rún. Rooted in collaborations with producer Alastair Dant, Forestbrook has recently completed her first journey, 'As the crow flies', a roundabout tale of trips from Somerset to France, now digitally housed on a shiny disc, which can be purchased at the 26th July performance.
