Who are we?
CONGREGATIONALISM?
Basically we are Christians who worship in the Congregational tradition.
This means we have no hierachy or set pattern of worship.We believe in the Priesthood of all believers.
Those who have become full members of the Church,meet monthly to decided on the future aims and objectives of the Chapel, and to discuss day by day issues.
The Members choose and support their own Minister,there is no Government funding,so they also have to finance the upkeep of the building. Which is why The Union Chapel Project began.
Congregationalists are completely independant,but we have chosen to become members of the Congregational Federation.
