All tickets are for unreserved seating in the pews, there is no standing.
Occasionally ticket agencies may state differently on there websites, but this is an error on their part.
Please note that there are no separate disabled tickets, please refer to the access guide page.
We would ask that you kindly respect any coats, bags, cushions etc. left on pews to reserve seats. However, we cannot take responsibility for any items that go missing and all items left at your own risk.
Please note that Union Chapel does not operate a box office, therefore we don't and cannot sell tickets over the phone or in person at the Chapel office.
All tickets are sold through ticket agencies which are elected at the discretion of the promoter for each show. Check the individual event listings for the show you wish to attend to see which agencies are selling tickets.
Concessions are put on sale at the discretion of the promoter for each event and there may only be limited number of concessions tickets available. As such concession tickets are not available for every event. If you do purchase a concession ticket you will need to bring proof of eligibility on the night of the event. Please check the individual event listings page to check the different types of tickets available for each event.
Box office ticket collections
If you have bought tickets for 'box office collection', this can only be done when the front doors open on the night of the concert (normally 7pm). You will need the bank/credit card which was used to purchased the tickets as proof of ID in order to collect you tickets.
Please note that Union Chapel does not operate a box office, so these tickets are only available for collection on the night of the concert.
Door sales are cash only. The nearest ATMs are opposite the Chapel on Upper Street (Natwest or Nationwide) or Highbury Corner (Barclays).
The performance curfew in the chapel auditorium is 10.30pm for all events, so all concerts will finish at 10.30pm at the latest, if not before.
The Chapel Bar has a late licence and is open after the show, unless otherwise stated.

Age restriction for entry to the venue varies for each event. Please check the event listing details for the event you are attending.
Please note that everyone entering the venue required a valid ticket, even children.
Babes in arms - Children under the age of three, who will not be taking up a seat space in the auditorium, do not require a ticket. However, we kindly ask that you are considerate of other paying customers and leave the auditorium if your children become upset and might disturb the concert.

Re-entry into the venue will vary depending on the event. Please check on the door when you arrive.
A paid cloakroom is available in the foyer kiosk, subject to space available.
The photography policy will vary for each event. Please ask at the front doors when you arrive on the night, as it is often not known before this time.
Even if there is no set photography policy for an event, out of respect for the artists performing and other customers, we advise against the use of flash photography.

Stage lighting, which can include LED lighting, will be used for all concerts. Tealights (small candles) are also used for all concerts around the edge of the auditorium balcony.
