Description
Designed by James Cubbitt and built in 1877, Union Chapel is a magnificent example of high gothic victorian architecture. Home to an original father Willis organ, the auditorium is octagonal, with seating on two levels. Its Unique shape creates an intimate relationship between performer and audience.

Fixed Seating on wooden pews.
Capacity
Currently 750 capacity for music events - up to
1000 for conferences and seminars
Bar Fully licensed bar included in the hire charge.
Stage area
stage 8.6m x 5.9m + we also have extra 8, 8 x 4 sections which are also available to add to the existing stage as required. Pulpit at 2 x 2m in the middle of the stage.
Technician There is an in house technician. Freelance can be brought in at hirer's expense. Union Chapel will provide a technical supervisor for get-in.
